What is Package Protection?

Package Protection is an optional shipping add-on that gives your order extra coverage in case something goes wrong during delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen while shipping, we’ll make it right.

This protection is handled directly by us—no carrier runaround, no complicated claims.

What’s Covered

If Package Protection is added to your order, we’ll provide a replacement or refund if your package is:

Lost in transit
Tracking never updates or the package fails to arrive.
Damaged during shipping
Items arrive broken or unusable due to shipping damage.
Stolen after delivery
Marked delivered but missing (reported within a reasonable time).

Coverage applies to one claim per order.

What’s Not Covered

Package Protection does not cover issues outside of shipping mishaps, including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Packages delayed but still in transit
Buyer error or buyer’s remorse
Claims submitted long after delivery
Repeated claims on the same order

If You Don’t Add Protection

We’ll always do our best to help, and we often replace items as a courtesy. However, replacements for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed without Package Protection.
